Shimano Super GT RD Reels

The Shimano Super GT RD Reel, a rear drag reel that performs as good as it looks. Behind the tame exterior it houses some serious power from the precision engineered internals. Fitted with zinc diecast gear and employing the use of high torque 5.0:1 (2500 size) and 4.8:1 (4000 size) gear ratios. With three shielded stainless steel ball bearings plus an additional roller bearing encouraging super smooth running. The single machined aluminium handle delivers great winding power.

Available in both 2500 and 4000 sizes Super GT makes a great all round reel choice. Suited to everything from lure work for predatory species, right through to float and feeder fishing.
